There's a whole roast pig lying in the window, which is why everyone stops. The menu is just that pig, pulled and stuffed into a roll; no chips, no sides. Pick a size, then haggis or sage-and-onion stuffing, then apple or barbecue sauce, and you're done. It opens at 11 and shuts when the pig is gone, sometimes mid-afternoon. There are branches on the Canongate (near Parliament) and Hanover Street too.
