A single-room, old-style pub at the foot of Victoria Street. No background music, no TV, just shelves of single malts behind the bar and a rotating line of hand-pulled cask ales. You don't need whisky knowledge: say 'smoky' or 'smooth' and the bar staff will pick. They have their own bottlings too.
