Tables set out on the city walls above the old harbour. It has held a Michelin star every year since 2018 and keeps one in the 2026 guide. The cooking is modern, built on Croatian produce, but the seat is what stays with you: the harbour lights coming on one by one as you sit on the old stone. This is the splurge dinner in Dubrovnik.
