A small bakery on a residential corner in Østerbro, open since 2018 and known as the work of a former Noma baker. People queue on the pavement from early morning for the cardamom buns, heavy with butter and spice. Seasonal pastries like raspberry slices, lemon cake and apple cream buns are sold only in the shop.
