A bakery on the former shipyard island of Refshaleøen, opened in 2018 by a team that trained at Noma and 108. Only Danish grains and salts are used. Stracciatella-tomato focaccia, buttered sourdough and sugar-dusted doughnuts are the draw. The line moves fast.
