Stromma's ticket office is at Ved Stranden 26, on the canal opposite Gammel Strand; there are also piers on Nyhavn

Copenhagen looks better from the water. Low boats leave Nyhavn, slip into the narrow canals of Christianshavn, pass the Opera House and the Little Mermaid from the sea side, and loop back. Under the low bridges everyone ducks and laughs. With live commentary in Danish and English, it's a good first-day orientation.
