Intelligentsia is one of America's 'big three' specialty roasters, and it all began in Chicago in 1995. This coffeebar sits right across from Millennium Park, so it's the one most travellers stop at. It feels less like a tourist café and more like a local bar where office workers queue, with both pour-over and espresso on the menu.
