The chain known for 'stuffed' pizza, deep dish with a second sheet of dough laid over the cheese. Cut in and a thick wall of mozzarella shows, the exact picture most people have of Chicago pizza. The Randolph Street branch sits just north of Millennium Park, so it gets a huge share of visitors right after the Bean. The catch: the pie takes 40-plus minutes to bake, and with a queue at the door one meal can eat two hours.
