A Chengdu-born hotpot chain that has spread overseas, and the place visitors most often pick for their first night. Inside, red lanterns fill the ceiling and carved dragons wrap the wooden pillars. Most meat platters stay under ¥50, so a group can order widely. The red broth is for cooking, not sipping. There are several branches around Chunxi Road; this one is easy to pair with Taikoo Li and Chunxi shopping.
