Chengdu calls wontons chaoshou, and this 1941 shop put the word on its sign. The brick front hung with red lanterns shows its age. Choose clear-broth or chilli-oil wontons, and there's dan dan noodles plus home-style Sichuan dishes too. It's big and turns tables fast, so reviewers rarely wait long. There's a branch at Tianfu Airport for a last bowl before flying out.
