From the top of Mt Busay, between the stone arches, you look straight down on Cebu City, Mactan Island and the bridges joining them. As the sun drops the sky over the sea turns orange, then the city lights switch on below you one patch at a time. It's a few degrees cooler than downtown, which makes sitting in the breeze a pleasure. There are restaurants and cafés nearby if you want dinner with the view. The 360-degree rooftop deck needs a separate ticket, and plenty of reviewers say it's worth it.
