After dark, dozens of stalls light up on an open lot in IT Park and the charcoal smoke starts rising. Pork skewers, grilled chicken innards, lechon, mango desserts, bubble tea: one lap and you're spoilt for choice. Grab a table in the middle and bring back a bit from each stall to share. Office workers, students and travellers sit elbow to elbow, and on weekends there's live music on the stage. It's clean and feels safe, so it's the usual first night market people recommend in Cebu.
