Opened in 2020 with 214 rooms, it shares a building with Ayala Malls Central Bloc, so meals, groceries and money exchange all happen under one roof, rain or not. There's a rooftop pool and gym, and reviews say rooms are big and clean. IT Park's evening food strip is right outside. Small bathrooms and thin soundproofing come up.
