Started in Cebu in 1995 by Enrico 'Rico' Dionson; the official site says it was the first to sell spicy lechon. Roasted with local chillies, it hits sharp first and then the rich pork takes over. The Promenade branch is handy if you are staying on Mactan, and takeaway opens at 8 a.m.
