A whole stretch of coastal jungle turned into a park. You float in a life vest along underground rivers through rock caves, see the butterfly garden, jaguars and flamingos, and watch the Maya ball game and the voladores spinning down from the top of a pole. The highlight is the night show, Xcaret México Espectacular: around 300 performers sing and dance their way through Mexican history from the Maya to now. Reviewers keep saying one day isn't enough.
