An adults-only resort themed around Mexican artists. The rate covers entry and shuttles to the group's parks (Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xplor), so days go to swimming underground rivers and evenings to tasting menus back at the hotel. It's a fair drive south of Cancún. Pricey, but do the maths on park tickets and it looks different.
