The name that comes up first whenever anyone in Playa talks tacos. A vertical spit (trompo) of marinated pork turns by the door; when you order, it is shaved straight onto a tortilla with a sliver of pineapple. Sit down and nachos with three salsas arrive before you ask, and lime, onion and cilantro are yours to pile on. Wikivoyage notes it was listed in the 2024 and 2025 MICHELIN guides.
