A pork gukbap shop on the Michelin Guide's Busan Bib Gourmand list. The trick here is toryeom, repeatedly pouring hot broth over the meat to keep it free of gamey smell, and the result is savoury but clear. Suyuk is made in limited batches and runs out if you come late. It is a neighbourhood place in Yongho-dong, far from the tourist strips, so most customers are locals.
