A Daeyeon-dong gukbap shop where the queue is the first thing you see at mealtimes. The broth is milky without being heavy, but what made the name is the springy pork-jowl suyuk. Most people skip the plain soup and get the suyuk baekban, which brings a plate of sliced pork alongside. Chive salad and salted shrimp sit on the table so you season it yourself.
