A shop for kürtőskalács, the chimney cake. It's originally a Székely bread from Transylvania: dough wound round a wooden spit and turned in a hot oven until the sugar caramelises. Through the front window you watch them wind, roll and bake. Coat it in cinnamon, walnut or coconut, or fill it with Nutella or vanilla ice cream.
