This is the Alexanderplatz branch of Motel One, the budget-design chain you see all over Germany. The TV Tower and Alexanderplatz station are about three minutes away, with three U-Bahn lines and the S-Bahn to choose from. Rooms are small but the beds get compliments, and the lobby bar is good for an evening beer. A 2024 guest who stayed at the Tiergarten branch said this one is better for the same money.
