A rooftop bar built from planters, timber decking and mismatched chairs on top of the Neukölln Arcaden car park. Neukölln is low-rise, so the view runs clear across town to the TV Tower, and everyone turns up for sunset. This year the off-season runs from 8 October to New Year's Eve, with Friday and Saturday openings from 4 pm in October (official). Gigs and parties are ticketed separately.
