Architect Adolf Florensa designed this building in 1923 as the home of politician Francesc Cambó, and it became a hotel in 2005. Via Laietana splits the Gothic Quarter from El Born right outside, so the cathedral, the Picasso Museum and Santa Maria del Mar are all a few minutes' walk. The rooftop has an infinity pool and a bar, good for a sunset drink over old-town roofs with Torre Glòries on the skyline. It was refreshed in 2024.
