Three chefs who met in the elBulli kitchen run it, and it took first place on the World's 50 Best list in 2024. The menu runs about thirty plates over four or five hours. The dishes are playful enough that you sometimes wonder whether to eat or to look. Reservations open a year ahead and good dates go fast.
