Pancakes have come out of this 17th-century Dutch East India Company warehouse on the Prinsengracht since 1973. There are more than 75 on the menu. The core order is a thin Dutch pannenkoek that covers the whole plate, topped with bacon, cheese or apple; the 'Hollandse' goes full dessert with stroopwafel pieces and cinnamon ice cream. It sits just up the canal from the Anne Frank House, so at lunchtime the room is mostly visitors timing their tickets.
