It's been renamed from Chang'an Zao to Zui Chang'an, but the signature hasn't changed. Order the 'Chang'an Thirteen Flowers' and a huge steamer-like tray arrives with thirteen card-sized dishes. Jujube porridge, jelly-like jiangshui jiaotuan, buckwheat hele noodles, liangpi, zenggao, a mini roujiamo, persimmon cake and more, one bite each from across Shaanxi. Window seats look out over the South Gate at night.
