A Xi'an chain that sells liangpi and roujiamo fast-food style. Grab a table, order at the counter and wait for the buzzer. The red 'secret recipe' liangpi starts sour and hits you with heat afterwards; the sesame-sauce version is nutty and gentle. It's full of local students, and repeat visitors keep praising, of all things, the shrimp burger and beef cheeseburger.
