A Xi'an dessert brand that started in the Muslim Quarter. Its trick is handmade ice cream with Shaanxi ingredients, most famously laozao fermented rice and tofu, plus seasonal fruit flavours. The scoops are pretty enough to flood Dianping with photos. It also bakes egg tarts, croissants and choux; the egg tarts are cheap at ¥6 each and well liked.
