A four-star four minutes from Santa Lucia station, straight along Lista di Spagna. Places in Venice you can reach with a suitcase and no bridge steps are rare, which is why people doing one or two nights between trains pick it so often. Rooms are done out in classic Venetian furniture, and being old, one reviewer bluntly said it felt more like two stars. The location, though, is beyond argument.
