A neighbourhood bar with its counter stacked high with Venetian-style tramezzini: soft white-bread triangles filled so full they bulge in the middle like a grin. Tuna and egg, ham and mushroom, prawn. They start making them in the morning and the popular ones go first. Eat standing with a coffee or a spritz, Venetian lunch style.
