A small bacaro named for the squero, the gondola yard right across the canal. Most people carry their glass out and lean on the canal rail, watching gondolas being repaired as they drink. The spritz is cheap and every cicchetto is one flat €2.50, so the maths is easy. It's busiest at sunset when the light hits the water.
