A tiny fry shop for Canada's favourite late-night food: poutine, fries smothered in cheese curds and gravy. Thick-cut fries, rubbery-fresh curds and dark gravy; eat it straight away so the curds still squeak. Open till 4am on Fridays and Saturdays, so it fills with the post-bar crowd. Seating is tight, and many people take it to go and walk 15 minutes to English Bay beach.
