A seafood room that has held its corner of a Yaletown warehouse for over 25 years. One side is a raw bar where oysters get shucked; the other is a sushi counter run by a Japanese chef. First visit: order a few BC oysters of different kinds and compare, and if there are three or more of you, put the two-tier seafood tower in the middle. Mains lean on BC fish like Haida Gwaii sablefish, so this is the place to eat salmon or sablefish properly. In summer the patio opens under a wall of greenery.
