Named for Zanabazar, the 17th-century Buddhist leader and sculptor, this museum fills its floors with bronze Buddhas, thangkas, ritual masks and traditional paintings. It is a quieter way to see Mongolian Buddhist art up close, and a good follow-up if you have already visited a monastery.
