A Mongolian chain that opened in 2003 and now has several branches around the city. Wooden pillars, felt hangings and herder household gear on the walls make it feel like the inside of a ger. Hot-stone khorkhog, hand-pinched buuz and flat fried khuushuur all sit on one menu. It turns up in almost every Ulaanbaatar food round-up, so it is a common first-night dinner.
