A second-floor Indian kitchen where the smell of grilled lamb and butter chicken drifts down the stairs. The cooks come from Uttarakhand in northern India. Travellers tend to turn up around day two, when Mongolian mutton starts to wear thin, and curries can be ordered at your chosen spice level. There is a separate vegetarian section, and garlic naan with rice is the standard way to eat.
