The Toronto shop of a cheesecake brand from Fukuoka. It's a glass-walled open kitchen, so you watch cakes come out of the oven and jiggle while you queue. The fluffy soufflé cheesecake is the headliner, though plenty of people rave more about the warm cheese tarts. Seasonal flavours like yuzu, matcha and strawberry rotate through. Close to the Eaton Centre for a shopping-break snack.
