A brick factory that baked much of Toronto's old buildings for over a century is now a market and trailhead. On Saturday mornings, stalls of bread, cheese and seasonal vegetables fill the old kiln sheds and people eat breakfast at the food court. Behind the buildings a pond and the Don Valley trails start, ten minutes from downtown but feeling like another town. Even on non-market days the red brick and rusted steel are good for a slow wander.
