A basement skewer bar: down the stairs, shoes off, and every time an order goes in the whole crew shouts it back, so it's never quiet. Chicken, beef, pork and vegetable skewers come off the charcoal, and the whole onion fried open like a flower turns up in nearly every review. There are five Fukumimi in Ginza alone, so if this one is full another is a few blocks away.
