The first shop of AFURI, the yuzu ramen chain with branches all over Tokyo. The clear chicken-and-seafood broth gets a squeeze of yuzu, so it finishes bright rather than heavy like tonkotsu. A slice of charcoal-seared chashu adds a hint of smoke. It stays open until 5am, handy after drinks in Ebisu.
