The Shibuya branch of one of the best-known gyukatsu chains. The beef cutlet comes fried crisp outside and still red inside, and you finish each slice on a little stone grill at your seat. Pour grated yam over the barley rice, as the house intends. Nine counter seats in a basement, so even with fast turnover there's a 40-minute wait at mealtimes.
