Lunch queues stretch down this Siping-area lane. Pork knuckle braised in soy until the skin turns to jelly comes on one plate with rice, braised minced pork, bamboo shoots and tofu. There are three cuts; the meaty leg (腿扣) is limited and goes soon after opening. Despite the crowds, a buzzer system keeps seating orderly.
