Bill Granger's Sydney original, the café that launched the brand now found in cities around the world. The classics are ricotta hotcakes with banana and honeycomb butter, sweetcorn fritters and avocado toast. Look for the red oval sign and the big yellow flower painted on the corner windows. Open all day, 7 am to 10 pm.
