Single O's first café, on the Reservoir Street corner where it began roasting in 2003, and widely counted among Sydney's top coffee spots. Next door the Sideshow brew bar, birthplace of the café milk-tap system, pumps out takeaways fast. The Reservoir house blend is bright and fruity, and toasted banana bread with espresso butter is the standard sidekick. Even at 7 am it's full of locals.
