A steakhouse inside Campbell's Stores, a row of 1850s sandstone warehouses. From the waterfront terrace the Opera House sits directly across the cove with the Harbour Bridge overhead to the right. True to the name, the menu centres on six cuts (rump, rib-eye, T-bone, New Yorker, tomahawk and fillet) in Black Angus and wagyu. A popular pick for anniversaries and honeymoon dinners, and each table gets its own server.
