Eleven hawker stalls in the open air beside the Esplanade theatres, right on the water. The Makansutra food guide has curated the stalls since 2005, so alongside satay, fried noodles and oyster omelette you will find Thai food and Middle Eastern kunafe. Look up and Marina Bay Sands is across the bay, which makes it an easy dinner before or after the night views. The bar stall sells beer, sugarcane juice and fresh coconut.
