A social-enterprise restaurant founded by a Swiss association: young adults leaving shelters, and rural youth, train here in kitchen and service before moving on to jobs. Khmer, Asian and Western dishes, with plenty for vegetarians and vegans. It trimmed the menu because of rising costs. A garden spot a little out of the centre; take a tuk-tuk.
