13DE MARZO, a fashion label founded in Paris in 2018, runs this café on the ground floor of the Anfu Market building at 322 Anfu Road. Giant teddy bears wave from every window of the orange facade, and each drink arrives with a small bear wrapped around the cup by its velcro paws. It's a takeaway window only, so there's nowhere to sit. While you wait, the clothing and homeware floors upstairs and the photo booth keep you busy.
