Built for the 1929 Ibero-American Exposition and still owned by the City of Seville. The red-brick facade is covered in arches and tilework, so the building is a sight in its own right. Breakfast, Ibérico ham included, is served in the inner patio, and there is an outdoor pool tucked into a palm garden. The Alcázar is 150 m away and the cathedral under ten minutes on foot. Plenty of people who don't stay here still drop into the ground-floor café for a coffee.
