This grill near Namdaemun Market cooks beef tripe and intestine over charcoal, and staff do the grilling. Special tripe, daechang and gopchang are the staples. The hall is big, banchan keep arriving, and the old-school feel suits a group dinner. A private lot behind the building fits about 50 cars. At lunch some people keep it light with seolleongtang or tripe soup.
